The following link provides a list of cities and states around the U.S. who have adopted Indigenous Peoples' Day as their celebration for the discoverers of this land. This article contains the most up to date list but dates back to October 7th of 2018. Since then, Iowa's governor, Kim Reynolds has also declared Indigenous Peoples' Day as a holiday for Iowa. Dubuque has also accepted a proclamation to celebrate the new Holiday. The state of Maine has also adopted the Holiday.
